We add value by handling your loan presentation, assembling necessary documents
(e.g. salary/tax returns) and shopping around all our banks to make sure you get the
best deal for your particular requirements.
We can arrange both fixed and variable rate loans and advise you on which offer is
the most competitive and suitable depending on term, overall financial market
conditions at the time, and currency.
Normally we would advise you to opt for finance in Euros. The lender can give you a
better rate in this currency and a longer term (up to 25 years depending on your age).
On occasion it is advantageous to negotiate an interest only loan (10 years interest
only and up to 15 subsequently to repay capital !) or endowment mortgage (you only
pay interest and the bank will lend you the money to invest the amount necessary to
repay the capital at the maturity of the loan).
